The State Patent Service of the Kyrgyz Republic has always been supporting cultural workers, art and literature workers. In 2008 Kyrgyzpatent published the reference books on melodists and writers of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the first volume on People’s Artists of Kyrgyzstan.

This year Kyrgyzpatent decided to continue publishing reference book series and will publish the second volume of reference book “Writers of the Kyrgyz Republic”, which will contain brief biographies and works of more than 300 writers of Kyrgyzstan.

Also work on gathering information and materials on 80 famous melodist of the Kyrgyz Republic is carried out.

By the end of this year draft presentations of abovementioned books will be carried out.
