This question was considered on April 1 during the work meeting of Mr. Ulan Melisbek, Director of the State Intellectual Property Service with patent attorneys.

On January 12, 2009 the Appeal Commission of the State Patent Service of the Kyrgyz Republic took place for consideration of application of Mr. S. Petosevic (foreign applicant) in relation with Don& Co Company to patent attorney E.A. Don. Patent E.A. Don and H. Mazurenko, the agent of Don&Co Company, were invited to the meeting.

The regular meeting of Kyrgyzpatent leadership with Patent Attorneys took place on August 28, 2009 in Kyrgyzpatent office.

Series of topical issues in the field of further strengthening of partnerships and cooperation between Patent Attorneys of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Patent Service were considered
in constructive atmosphere. Leadership of Kyrgyzpatent took into consideration some suggestions, proposals and wishes of patent attorneys by the main directions of joint activities.

Mr. A. Vandaev, Patent Attorney, registration number № 27, is excluded from the Register of Patent Attorneys in accordance with the Part 2 of Article 10 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Patent Attorneys», (Order №162 of 26.08.2009).

Mr. A. Vandaev is excluded from the Register of Patent Attorneys on the ground of his petition to exclude him from the Register of Patent Attorneys of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 26,2009.

The State Patent Service of the Kyrgyz Republic received the statement of Mr. A. Vandaev, patent attorney, on exclusion him from the Register of Patent Attorneys of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Mr. A Vandaev asked to delete him from the Register of Patent Attorneys on the basis of the statement submitted in accordance with the Part 2 of Article 10 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Patent Attorneys».

The Press Service of the State Patent Service received a statement of Mr. Aleksey Vandaev, the patent attorney, regarding the materials disseminated on the Internet libeling Mr. Ulan Melisbek, Kyrgyzpatent Chairman.

The officials of the State Patent Service and patent attorneys held a meeting on the Office Work Automation in the edifice of Kyrgyzpatent on August 6, 2009. I was also invited to this meeting along with other patent attorneys.

The regular meeting of the State Patent Service leadership with patent attorneys took place on August 19, 2009 in Kyrgyzpatent office.

The publication on certain web sites of records made during the meeting of the State Patent Service leadership with patent attorneys on August 6, 2009 was the main discussing topic. As it turned out, these materials were distributed by Mr. A.Vandaev, patent attorney.

The meeting of Appellation Commission of the State Patent Service of the Kyrgyz Republic took place on August 13, 2009.

The meeting was opened by Mr. A. Berdaliev, Chairman of the Appellation Commission. According to the agenda the Commission considered memo of Mr. A. Tokoev, Head, Department of Industrial Property and Selection Achievements Examination, regarding applications filed by Mrs. V. Feodorova, Patent attorney.

The meeting of Kyrgyzpatent’s leadership with patent attorneys, dedicated to office work automation took place on August 6, 2009. The meeting was held in the building of the State Patent Service. In the framework of this meeting patent attorneys looked through a project of office work automation in Kyrgyzpatent.
