О секретных изобретениях

Закон Кыргызской Республики “О секретных изобретениях” регулирует отношения, возникающие на территории Кыргызской Республики в связи с засекречиванием и использованием изобретений, признанных секретными, в порядке, установленном настоящим Законом.

Для целей настоящего Закона под секретными изобретениями понимаются изобретения, содержащие сведения, составляющие государственные секреты, и признанные секретными в порядке, установленном настоящим Законом.
