What is the price for national registration of mark?

The fee for filing and examination of the application shall be calculated pursuant to the Regulation on the fees for patenting the inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, service marks, appellations of origin, adopted by the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 12, 1998 No. 346. A payment order (receipt) or its copy verified by HR and office work Division of the State Patent Service of the Kyrgyz Republic should be attached to the application’s materials.

Filing the application for trademark (service mark) registration and preliminary registration:
- for one ICGS class -100 USD
- for each ICGS class more than one - 50 USD

Examination of claimed designation:
- for one ICGS class – 265 USD
- for each ICGS class more than one – 125 USD

Registration, publication and grant of a certificate for:
- black and white trademark – 265 USD
- colored trademark – 300 USD

Annex should contain a trademark registration form.
