Mrs. Elmira Ibraimova, Coordinator of the Provisional Government presented new Director to Kyrgyzpatent staff.

However, Mrs. Zina Isabaeva, who headed one of the main Kyrgyzpatent divisions – Strategy Planning Division –, is not in need of special presentation. She was among standing at the upstream of service forming and made a great deal for developing of the intellectual property system in Kyrygzstan. The collective of Kyrgyzpatent accepted new appointment with animation: after long-standing period of personnel uncertainty an assurance appeared that now activity of the Office should get new impulse.

Mrs. Zina Isabaeva came to Kyrgyzpatent, former State Agency of Science and Intellectual Property under Government of the KR,in 1993. Before she worked for the National Academy of Sciences. In 2002 she passed to Prime-Minster Machinery of the KR to Social Culture Development Division, since 2008 until recently she worked at the Government Machinery of the KR in the Education, Culture and Sport Division, supervising Kyrgyzpatent activities among other issues.

In February 2010 Mrs. Zina Isabaeva came back to own Office as a Head of Strategy Development Division and leaded work of preparing and promoting the National Strategy on Development Intellectual Property.

Presenting new leader, Mrs. Elmira Ibraimova noted that nowadays a big tasks have been faced the Office, concerning development of intellectual property system and promotion of the State to innovative economy. Coordinator of the Provisional Government expressed her assurance that under Mrs. Zina Isabaeva’s leading, the collective of Kyrgyzpatent would honorably accomplish these tasks.

In response speech Mrs. Zina Isabaeva thanked Provisional Government and collective for confidence and promised to make a fierce effort for stable and effective work of the Office.
