In the context of current State reforms, the State Intellectual Property Service of the Kyrgyz Republic being a scientific-technical Office is trying to make every required step for service improving. Together with other reformations the Plant has been installed in the Office.

The system of answering-machine works in three languages (Kyrgyz, Russian and English), it allows directing dials to the needed division directly.
