The news session is a modern and effective communication method between an organization and journalistic community. It allows to the mass media representatives to become acquainted more profoundly with Kyrgyzpatent’s specific work and to receive from the Office’s specialists all interesting answers.

We are going to hold such meetings regularly during 2010. The first news session will take place on February 24. It will be dedicated to main conceptions and legal aspects in the field of intellectual property and will be dated for visit of Mr. Ron Marchant, the WIPO independent consultant to Kyrgyzstan aimed at discussion of issues related to development of the National Strategy of Intellectual Property.

The news sessions participants will be given interesting presentations, stories about history of intellectual property and what manner countries all over the world by common efforts protect the rights of creative people, inventors, trade mark and other objects of intellectual property owners. The traditional informal contacts during coffee breaks will also take place.
