Bakyt Kenenbaev by order №226 Mr. Igor Chudinov Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic of 6 July 2009 appointed as State Secretary of the State Patent Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Today, 6 July 2009 Mrs. Zina Isabaeva, Deputy Head of the Division of Education, Culture and Sports presented new State Secretary to Kyrgyzpatent staff.
Mr. Aidarbek Kerimkulov, Head of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs congratulated new State Secretary and presented to him flowers. Addressing the , he noted that: «At present time Agency for Civil Service Affairs` work is directed to growing the image of a Civil Servant.
After appointment Mr. Ulan Melisbek as new Cairman of the Patent Office, we started a fruitful joint work on several directions. Hopefully, we will continue to cooperate with your office ».
Mr. Ulan Melisbek, Chairman of Kyrgyzpatent also complimented new State Secretary of the Office: «After several months without State Secretary, we finally resolved this issue. We hope that the new State Secretary would harmoniously join our team».

Brief biography:
Mr. Bakyt Kenenbaev was born in 14 July 1978.
From 1997 graduated from the Kyrgyz - Russian Slavic University (KRSU) majoring in «Management», in 1997-99 studied in the Otterbein College USA Ohio majoring in «Business Administration» and received the diploma with honors Summa Cum Laude. In 2001-2002 continued education in the DeVry Institute of Technology, Ohio, USA, where he earned a bachelor`s degree in «Information Technologies».
From November 2004 to 2005 worked as Leading Specialist in the Office of State Debt and Assets, Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic. In 2006, was the head at Sector of Developments «AkTel»Ltd, from 2007 to 2009 held the position of Commercial Director «Talisman Village»Ltd.
